ED Space Modernization: 2nd Floor West Renovation,
LBJ Federal Building, Washington DC
The ED Space Modernization Program will enable the agency to meet current space guidelines (150- 180 usable square feet/person) and align with government initiatives to reduce its footprint. This project is the next phase of North Arrow’s example project 2. Phase two renovates approximately 37,900 usable square feet of the east side of LBJ's second floor, which currently houses the Office of Management.
