Through North Arrow, Inc’s Engineering & Logistics contract with The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), North Arrow was competitively hired on behalf of the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) to replace DOEE’s aging shelter at the District’s National Core (NCore) ambient air quality monitoring field station. The task leverage all three divisions of North Arrow – Design, Build, and Manage on a compressed timeline to the client’s fiscal yearend funding constraints.
