PAX River Naval Air Station, Joint Strike Fighter Simulators
Patuxent River, Maryland
This project is intended to create a simulator
environment to support the F-35 pilot programs. It included
renovation of an approximately 16,000 sf in an existing 102,865 sf
multistory building to accommodate equipment installation in support
of simulator programs for the Advanced Systems Integration
Facility at Naval Air Station Patuxent River for Naval Air
Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD.)
- Design to DOE, GSA, and LEED criteria
- Design to PBS-P100
- Provide construction phase services (shop drawing review, record drawings preparation, construction inspection services)
